After high school I went to Fire Academy, EMT School, and at the same time recieved my Fire Science Degree from JJC, Paramedic Degree from KCC, 2 Fire Officer/Instructor certs from Elgin Community College, and numerous State Certifications from the State Fire Marshal. I have been with the Wilmington Fire Dept since 2003 where I am now a Lieutenant. I have been a Full Time Firefighter/Paramedic for Troy (Shorewood) Fire Dept. since 2005 and was just promoted this year to the rank of Lieutenant. I just got married this year, Kenny Sorensen was my best man, I know shocking right, I also bought a house last year in Wilmington where my beautiful bride Jessica, Me, and our dog Clark all reside.
