After high school I joined the United States Army as an Infantryman. I am a graduate of the Army Sniper School, Air Assault School, Combat lifesaver course, and several Military leadership schools. I have over three years of combat experience in Iraq and have earned several medals to include the Bronze Star, Purple Heart and the Army Commendation Medal with Valor. I got married in 2004 to Misti Jones.
